Moscato d'Asti Bel Piano Cascina Fonda. Alcohol content 5% vol. 100% Moscato grapes. Brilliant straw colour with greenish nuances. Fine and persistent foam. The aroma is intense, aromatic and endearing, with typical notes of Muscat: melon, yellow plum, sage, elder, candied citrus, hawthorn and acacia flowers. On the palate it is sweet, persistent, fresh, quite savoury. Very well balanced. Pleasant aromatic persistence with a long, delicately sweet hint. To be combined with raspberry semifreddo, panettone, cakes made with light fruit.
